MATCHA COLLAGEN PROTEIN BALLS
I’m all about rituals and excuses, and since I have not yet succeeded in controlling my mid afternoon munchies here’s an easy little snack to keep at hand. Packed with collagen and antioxidants there is literally no reason for not indulging. These will last in the fridge for up to 15 days.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cashews
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 4 dates
- 1 Tbsp matcha
- 1 Tbsp collagen powder

1/4 cup dark chocolate
Method:
In a food processor, blend 2 cups of cashews until they turn into butter.Add the shredded coconut, dates, matcha & collagen powder.
Blend until they merge and add in the coconut flour.
Scoop out little balls and freeze for 30min.
Melt some 70% dark chocolate and dunk them in. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Keep these in the fridge for up to 10 days.
