Returns and Exchanges
We create handmade pieces made exclusively at our studio in Mexico, since they are handmade and not produced in a factory there might be slight differences in your pieces. We do our best to include details, color variations, descriptions and measurements for all pieces. Please email us if you need additional information regarding sizing at email@example.com
Carmen Llaguno is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit, the courier must be contacted with tracking number. Carmen Llaguno is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs. Shipping will not be refunded in cases of delayed packages. As a small business Carmen Llaguno is unable to absorb the costs of items being lost in transit or offer refunds towards items that are marked as delivered/signed for according to the tracking number/courier. In case the package hasn’t been picked up at the service point in time, and it gets returned, the buyer will not be refunded for the shipping cost of both ways, to and from the receiver. It is the receiver’s responsibility to pick up the package in time and contact the courier to avoid getting it returned/rescheduling, or giving someone the power of attorney to pick it up on their behalf. Carmen Llaguno cannot guarantee delivery within a given timeframe, and is not responsible for delays in customs or other factors that can contribute to your package being delayed. Thank you for familiarizing yourself with our terms prior to purchasing. As a small business these guidelines help us be able to continue to grow. Prices are excluding shipping.
México: All items can be returned for store credit. The customer will absorb the shipping charges related to returns.
Items must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with tags attached within our 15 day policy. Returns/Exchanges that appear washed, worn, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Customer is responsible for shipping the pieces back. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Merchandise must be free of deodorant and other stains. Clients can only exchange their pieces once, after the first exchange all sales are final. Carmen Llaguno reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.
All sale items are final sale. No exceptions.
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return and please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.
2. Once your request is processed we will email you with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Carefully read our return policy and make sure all items are included in your package.
4. Please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of return to process your return.
United States/International: All sales are final sales.
Faulty and/or Incorrect Products: If the wrong products has been delivered, please contact our customer service. In case of defect or incorrect products please contact us at email@example.com so we can send you a return label so we can process your exchange. When contacting customer service please inform us of your order number and describe what the issue is.
If in stock, we will exchange your incorrect item for the correct item.
If the item is not in stock you can choose between one the following options: a refund your order total + shipping costs or receive a store credit note + a 15% discount on your future purchase.
You are obligated to file a complaint within 2 days of receipt for faulty products. If a defect that you discover or should have discovered is not immediately notified in writing to us, it cannot be claimed later. We accept the right to deny any incorrect use of our Faulty/Incorrect product warranty.
